Your First Visit: What to expect
We look forward to meeting you for the first time. This first visit provides an opportunity to get to know each other and to discuss your concerns and goals. Your first visit will include:
- Dental exam
- Screenings for cavities, gum disease and signs of oral cancer
- Digital diagnostics as needed
- Consultation with Dr. Wingate to discuss findings and your concerns
A dental cleaning may be performed if time allows and there are no additional treatments needed. Dr. Jenne will discuss any signs of disease, decay, or bite problems that may have been discovered during your exam. Personalized recommendations will be made to address problems and follow-up care can be scheduled as needed. Please bring with you:
- Valid form of ID
- Dental insurance card (if applicable)
- Recent x-rays and records if available to you
- Patient forms (or complete in office)
